Luciana Gravina

Lugiana GravinaLuciana Gravina is a writer and literary critic.

She has taught Narrative Writing Techniques for the development of creativity at the Ssis course at the ‘Foro Italico’ University of Rome.

She has been editorial director of Arteuropa Edizioni and editor in the journal Lucania Democratica and in the magazine La Scena Illustrata.

Graduated in Classical Literature at the University of Naples, she was until 1996 Senior Executive for Inspection Services of the Ministry of Education.

She was National Secretary of UILA UNSA, Unione Nazionale Scrittori e Artisti.

She has collaborated with magazines and newspapers such as La Fiera Letteraria, Paese Sera, Artista-Arti Segrete, L’Albero, Il Corriere del Giorno, la Scena Illustrata, Giustizia Nuova, L’Altra Italia, Incontri, Quaderni Meridionali, Lucania Democratica, Dedalus, Forum Quinta Generazione, Harta, Artista Italia.

For the narrative she published the story Burraco d’amore in the anthology Pensieri di donna, published by Melagrana, 2008. She received an honorable mention at the 2012 Montano Prize for the narration.
